Those are the highly desirable Wilton Wooden Jaws. Not every Wilton has those. If the price is right, just get new Jaws

They are a vary specialized form of cellulose matrix jaw – CMJ to those who use them. There is a steep price to be paid for not using them according to the procedures set out in the certification documentation. You do have the proper certification to use them don’t you? We cannot explain further until your certification is verified.

At least the rest of the vise is being treated well. Original jaws can easily be restored.
