That’ll make a nice kite here in northern Colorado.
I've seem similar set up(concrete walls) for highway maint bays/material storage.

I have seen some that looked a little nicer. But that being said, one has to admit that is an awful lot of footage for a little money. Considering he probably had the boxes and with a height like that it would not be to far a stretch, he owned the crane or knew a "guy". Cheap industrial building that will outlive us all.
