I've done a ton of reading here and know I'd have a few hours to get the tile down after putting down the adhesive. But do you spread the glue all over the entire garage first? And if so, how do you walk on it without making a huge mess? Is it not really sticky? Or do you just do one small section at a time?

Read and follow all instructions on product label too the "t". I would suggest applying a small section of product wait the time on the label for it to get tacky and then continiue. Also be sure to turn each tile 90 degrees from the last when intalling or whatever the manufacturer recomends.

I put down the adhesive on half and started in the from my chalkline. You never have to walk on the glue.
You do have very good working time. When it dries enough you can see the line through it as it becomes transparent.

Spray the chalkline on the floor with hairspray and it will stay crisp.
