First post ... many dreaming hours passed on this forum ...

the story : i've bought my house 6 years ago ... I have a 30x14 detached garage in my backyard but not accessible in winter except in snowmobile ... it cannot handle a car within closing the door ... perfect for a atv/snowmobile but always wanting something for my car ...

-24x25 attached (17x25 garage + 6x16 entry hall )
-16x23 storage above the garage
-12x15 excavated concrete patio deck + roof for enjoy outside even if it rain ... lot of rain in
- new roof all around (some water leak in a only 20 years old metal sheet roof)
-garage, excavated deck and house basement all linked together

In Quebec city protest are minor... if one student come protest in my backyard, i will make him concrete shoes hahaha...

in montreal movement seems slow down ... if they are 200-300 hipster at the time it was good ... media show cover it like the end of the world ...

i think the F1 will be ok, yesterday "Le grand soir" have enought security to go on normally.
