Some older stuff I have.
They are just some tools I have acquired through multiple tool lot purchases. Sorry if there is supposed to be more of a discussion associated with a post. Brand new to this site. I just wanted to share the pics. Some nice tools, is there a story about them?
What is the brand and model number on the loooooong combination wrench with the kink in it? Is the twist factory or owner made? Is that its pair right next to it?
Some nice tools, is there a story about them?
?? I am talking about the 3rd and 4th wrench from the top in your pic. They are both combination wrenches (one open end, one box end). So the one with the twist in it (wrench #3 from the top) has no markings whatsoever? How is the wrench underneath it (wrench #4 from the top) marked?
And, new subject, which wrench is marked Miller Mfg? The first DOE wrench at the top? They were a huge Detroit area service tool mfgr from as far back as WWII. They got so big they actually bought Bonney for a short time in the mid 1950's.
Both undoubtedly Miller with those model numbers. Very interesting.
Ok cool. I have some nice pieces coming tomorrow that I'll post.some pics of. I buy tools almost every single day and am completely and utterly obsessed. Many more posts to come!Nothing wrong with your post, just trying to bring out more info from you post.
Please keep posting.
