Been a lurker for a while, finally started groundwork for the man-cave, so figured I'd post up.....
34 x 28, full brick, hip roof, 9' plate height to match house....working with the contractor that built the house for us in '03, but doing a majority of the labor myself...I'm cheap, his guys are not. LOL. Sod is stripped(momma wanted to save it to fill in low areas), fence is out of the way, waiting on permits:

It will be a general "shop" for my car project, and lawn equipment storage....my truck will finally get to park in the attached again, and the kids outdoor toys will NOT be under the project anymore!
