Source for 80 Gallon Air Tank?

My compressor's tank has a hole in the bottom. Need a new tank. Anyone know a good source to pick up a quality tank at a fair price? I'm checking out marketplace and CL for used option, but concerned I may end up down the same path.

Lots of sources out there. Just be prepared with nitro pills and smelling salts when you see the prices...Horizontals will be a bit less than verticals.

If you don't want to buy new, find a unit for sale with a smoked motor or compressor and simply use the tank from it.

I've been doing some searching, looks like $1000-1200 is an average price for an 80 gallon shipped to the house. Would love to find a distributor within 100 miles or so to go pick one up.

I saw those two tanks in WV for sale. It is tempting to drive up there. Would cost me more in fuel than they cost. Don't want a horizontal tank, where I am putting it I don't want to give up the floor space.

I found this tank from Compressor World that looks like good quality. From what I have read, Manchester is a quality manufacturer of air tanks. Anyone have experience with Compressor World? Anyone know of a business within 100 miles of Elizabeth City, NC I can purchase one of these tanks? Thanks again all.

You pretty much have 2 choices. Find a used one and hope it doesn't have the same problem, or bite the bullet and buy a new one. Too bad you're across the country, I have a nice 100 gallon vertical tank

Manachester made the 80 gallon tank that came with my new Quincy QT-5, says USA made. Think you have a good choice. Would enjoy seeing pics of your build.

Found one!

I made them an offer of $750 and they accepted it. I'll post up some pics when it comes in and I get it assembled. Thanks for the advice all.
