source for adhesive lined heat shrink tubing?

Not the stuff commonly found at home depot or auto supply stores that you cut off what you need, shrink it, and it stats flexible. I mean the stuff found on those expensive 3m heat shrink terminals that when you shrink it, it is hard as a rock and keeps stress off of your crimped connections. Do they sell that stuff by itsself or is it only found on the heat shrink terminals that you buy?
