Source for bench grinder wheel flanges?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who picks up a bench grinder now and then that's missing the flanges. Where can you pick these up in standard arbor sizes?

Threaded or just a plain flange that then uses a nut to secure...?

Might work, maybe not. But they aren't too expensive.
