I was reading your post on op-orange's thread and got curious. I too am going to be finished with school for the most part in a few months and will be looking for stuff to augment my craftsmans. thanx for sharing your wisdom:thumbup:

Hmm, those do look mighty nice to me as well!

I wonder if there's a convicing argument for me to switch from hickory handled Vaughans to steel handled Estwing. Not to switch, but to add to what I have. I believe my next purchase will be a 24 oz one.

I really want the Estwing leather wrapped handle claw hammer, like a 16 oz or so. I can never find one though, seems most places around here only carry the blue handles.
