Source for Euro-style Containers

I am looking to source some storage containers that are about 32" l x 24" w x 16" h, similar to these (which dont seem to be available in USA):

The use would be to house scientific instruments outdoors. They need to be somewhat water resistant, but not totally water proof like a Pelican-style case. Anybody have any ideas on something available here in the USA?

Would the black and yellow Commander style cases from Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Costco work? They are available in several sizes and are pretty waterproof. I use the 12 and 27 gallon versions.

I haven't really gone through their plastic storage container section in detail in many years but they used to have a staggering amount of choices.
