Source for Galvanized Corrugated Metal Sheeting- Cut to Length

looking for a wholesale source (we are contractor/mfgr) for galvanized corrugated metal sheeting. The kind you see on every corn crib/farm shed built in America during the 40's/50's. Approx 1.25 -1.5" peak to peak and 1/4" - 3/8" peak to valley. Normally about 26" wide which lays at 24" with overlap.

We need a vendor who is willing to shear to our custom lengths and palletize for shipment to the midwest.

Any leads on sources are appreciated. thanks

I did the ceiling and wainscoting in my garage in corrugated metal roofing that I got from HD. It was made by ASI products in Jacksonville FL.

I know that Menards will shear to length. I don't know about a distributor though that will do it. Where are you located? I would think that most suppliers could supply in given lengths. If you give your location, we may be able to help you out a little more.

IIRC, in the first Garage Makeover magazine that came out, they listed the suppliers of corrugated panels. I'll have to dig out my issue and skim through it.

thanks for replies- I will check Menards/Home Depot but didn't think they would shear to length - I need about 120 pcs cut in about 9 different lengths. We are right in the middle of the country, but don't mind freight for the right product/price.

Neons, ya might try calling around different metal building supplyers around ya. A order like that would be right up their ally I would think.

Galvanized Corrugated Metal Roofing

Put some combination of the above words in your search engine and you will come up with lots of vendors. I know that here locally we have 2 or 3 different places rolling out metal for roofing or siding.

I work in the galvanizing industry but the material you are asking about is a different process than what I do. You might try the American Galvanizers Association. They should be able to point you in the direction of a manufacturer in your area

Needs like your is why there are regional wholesale steel suppliers.
If you want some one close by the good old fashioned Yellow Pages would be the place to start.

Check out Hartje Lumber near La Valle, Wisconsin. I purchased some for my garage from their scratch and dent section. They were very easy to deal with.

local hardware store. most sheeting people like metal building people, buy rolls of metal and run it through the dies and then cut to length. so there are proberly thirty people within 100 miles of your area that does this. its not a speciality group no more.

The place we get ours from (wholeseller, I work at an old tyme hardware store/lumber yard)
is metal sales out of Louisville, Ky. I think they will cut to the nearest 1/4 inch.
