source for jersey barriers or eco blocks in Central FL

HI all I'm looking for jersey barriers or eco blocks for foundation of 85' long fabric arch building (weatherport or clearspan). I am near Webster (Bushnell) FL. I have emailed Mack Industries and Leesburg Concrete Company but I don't know if they will be interested in working with a little guy.
Any tips where to look?
PS I'd prefer a slab foundation but looking to get away without a permit if possible and save some money, have a enough space for a bigger, better workshop next year but I need to get SOMETHING up before hurricane season this year

Looked to Craigslist and found "Bin Blocks" sold by PAW materials which is a landscaping company. These are 2'x2'x6' and 3600 lbs which are what I was looking for. Unfortunately, 60 miles of distance to the site and 3 truck loads for 56 total blocks puts me at $2000 for delivery + the $150 for each block. May end up going with a pole barn from Brooksville Affordable Buildings (https://afbpfl.com/) instead of the clearspan option.

Your local concrete company should be able to get you bin blocks. They are made from leftover concrete when a truck returns from a job.
