I'm in a bit of a bind. for all of my 3" 304 ss mandrel bends, all are made with a 4.5 center bend radius. I am looking for 3" center bend radius. I have found them, but at extremely high prices, considering what little I paid for the 4.5" that I currently have...

I have thought about pie cuts, but its not the look I want

don't know if they have them ...but could probably do a custom order...3 " tube on a 3" radius is gonna be pricy..I imagine they have to anneal the material several times to get that tight on a large diamiter without tearing the long side of the bend...

try searching for doughnuts they are full stamped in two pieces and come with the outer seam welded and ground the inner seam is not welded though. you just cut the angle you want out of the circle this will get you your desired radius.

At our business, we bought off of Woolf a couple of times when we were in a pinch to get a product out the door. They carry some nice products.
