Planning a 1" and 1.5" conduit run from house to garage and having trouble finding them. Haven't found anyone with stock or can supply in a few days and want to get this in the ground while things are relatively warm and dry. Some suppliers say I need to buy a full box. I did find 2" but I already have the pipe and don't really want to go that big. A bushing will be a place for hangups in pulling.

Any suggestions?

I looked up some videos and decided to try the boiling water method. Worked ok just putting hot water in the tube for 1" but took a bit of effort. Figured 1.5 would be difficult so used a 2" PVC pipe to hold the 1.5" for heat inside and out. Cut the 2" to 4.5' long and capped the end. stood it vertical and put in a 5' section of 1.5". Then hold it slightly off the bottom and pour in the hot water. Let stand for several minutes. Pull the pipe out and bend being careful to get the bend even over about 3'. Leaves about a foot at each end.

I always just used a propane torch, patience, and a handy cool sopping wet rag to quickly solidify bend.

Also have a dry rag / gloves to "rub out" any kink before the wet rag.

Be out of any wind when you do it or will take MUCH longer to heat.

Gotta be plenty Youtube videos.

I placed 2” conduit with regular elbows. Two 90s, two 45s, two LBs and ~100’ of conduit. Pulling 4x 2AWG conductors lubricated with mule tape was a BREEZE.

I used a tank-top propane heater for all my PVC grey 2 1/2" electrical, white schedule 80, 3/4" to 2". Just hold it about 6-10" away keep rotating and moving along the bend, it will get soft like taffy too long in one spot it will darken/burn. Lay it on the garage floor form the bend being careful not to bend in any flat spots, use leather glove to help form and cool with wet rag. I must have done 20 bends from 90 degrees to just 10 degrees to get around something.
