What website or store have you guys found being the best source for 18v batteries. My makita 18v 3.0ah gave out yesterday. Sometimes it seems cheaper when they have a tool kit sale as opposed to just buying the battery

I just bought 2 Urun 5.0 ah 18 volt batteries from Amazon.
About half the price of the Makita equivalent.
They are compatible with the Makita chargers.
I use them in the 36 volt chainsaw. No issues so far.

If your not in a hurry Home Depot and amazon have a sale all the time 2 pack 3.0 batteries . $ 99.00 . I just bought the drill $89.00 1-3.0 charger and drill . My other drill was worn out so it worked for me . Friend bought the Amazon copies and said they weren't bad ,

A little off topic, but still worth pointing out, the old 18v DeWalt stuff can use the new 20V lithium ion batteries with an adapter made by DeWalt. That's one of the things I considered when buying more from the same manufacturer.
