Hello All

I am fairly new here but I saw a thread here about restoring a south bend Drill press. I have a really old girl that works like a champ but looks like it was left in the corner of a basement for 50 years, the Belt shroud is gone and was replaced by what appears to be a galvanized chicken feed trough . I am starting to restore it, everything works including the hidden light and switches, can anyone point me in a direction to purchase replacement parts to make it right? thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Welcome Dave, unfortunately South Bend is no more, so any parts will come from sources like Ebay, the classifieds here, or maybe your best bet, the BOYD forum over at OWWM.org. Might try the South Bend forum over at Practical Machinist as well.
Good luck, Jim
