Southeast Kansas Barn 30x50

Well, it has been up for a year and I'm finally getting a thread going. It's a 30x50 (12'Ceiling) pole barn with 4" concrete and a 10 foot porch on the long side. Four 2'x4' awning windows with the bottoms at 8' on the south side for ventilation and light. Primary use is motorcycle and auto hobby work with an odd 3d printer and who knows what else in the mix.
Will have a 4'6" square "wet room" in a corner (shot of under slab stuff below). One 8'x10' OH door on the center of the long side under the porch, two on the narrow street end.
Coming from a 20x20 it's huge but I've since inherited a small wood shop and all that equipment takes space. Working on getting ready to trench to the house for water, sewer, and most importantly gas (HEAT!). Then hopefully ceiling and insulation.

Some shots of the crew putting it up.

Nice building. The floor looks really nice. Is the insulation you used the thermal heat barrier with foil on one side? That is what I will be using under the metal on my 20x20 tractor barn I am building. I will be using crushed asphalt for the floor as it is a tractor storage barn.

That insulation is just the white on both sides bubble wrap type with a minimal "R" value. it keeps the building about 10 degrees above or below the outside temp. Opted for that since the entire thing will be insulated with fiberglass on the walls and probably blown cellulose in the attic the initial insulation becomes a condensation barrier and keeps the metal off the fiberglass.

Got a quote on a 3 ton forced air split unit. HVAC guy says that once the insulation is done it'll be more than enough to heat/cool the 30x50x12 room evenly with just minimal ducts pointed out across the room with the unit positioned about five feet from the end futhest from the OH doors. Putting it between the bathroom and the walk door.
Anyone that has a 3ton in a 30x50 that wants to reassure or warn me feel free.

I'll have to find out. What they put on the quote was 3ton 96%

I think that's the cooling rating (3 ton) and the efficiency (96%). I have little knowledge but a mini split for that big a place seems surprising based on the reading I've done.

Sorry, it's a traditional split system, not a mini-split or an (all outside) "Package" unit. So forced air furnace inside. Still don't know what the rated BTU is.
Based off the number I have and that he's recommending Goodman, it is likely 100,000BTU furnace
