DO THEY MARK THE 250FT POINT ON THE WIRE ? I saw a white mark on the wire while pulling i stopped and made some calculations and it was close to how much wire i have used off the spool.thhn black with a white mark just nice to confirm how much wire is left.

In my experience wire is either marked for length per foot or not at all. I use mule tape marked per foot for pulling. If you blow it in when conduits are installed you can check lengths before deciding how to order your wire.

THHN that's 1/0 AWG and larger are marked every foot. I've never heard of a spool marked at the halfway point. That doesn't seem very useful to me.

I just thought it was odd to see a white marking on wire and it just so hapend to be very close to the 250ft mark. 12 sticks of conduit all full length plenty of bends and offsets.A Rare run for me i often have to cut a pipe short do to a miss bend. Thanks for the reply
