SP tools 3/8 16v impact wrench?

I saw in the new tool arrival thread someone compared SP's 12v impact to matco's 12v, and they posted a pic that had 16v tools from SP. I've never heard of SP tools before and was wondering if I could get this in the u.s.? I was looking at one on the tool truck, and it felt very solid, and had lots of power, it felt very similar in construction to an air ratchet, but a bit larger. I was thinking of buying one, but have trouble justifying the cost.

Same as the matco 16v. They feel pretty good. Don't own one so can't say much more.

the charger will be wrong for starters but since we use 240v you should only need a plug adapter
i was the one who linked them but wouldn't it be cheaper to buy them from matco? plus you have a easy warranty then?
