Spa disconnect location question when used with enclosed gazebo

Typical story... got a free spa from a friend. Actuallylooks to be in great shape. I know it's going to be a lot of work and we will probably not use it too much, but my wife wants it so,....

Anyway; Since we're up here in the land of rocks and cows and snow up past your wazoo, I'm thinking of a 10x10 enclosed gazebo.

With this being in an enclosed gazebo, will the disconnect being on the outside of the garage where the feed will exit the house be ok (10-20 feet from gazebo), or will it need to be closer, like on the outside of the gazebo near the door? I'm guessing a small gazebo won't allow the disconnect to be inside as it will be too close to the spa. Same with the 120v branch circuit I assume.
Total distance from panel to spa will be around 75'. Will 6AWG work for this also?

Disconnect can be no closer than 5 or 6 feet from wall of spa. I usually do 6 feet. But it has to be with in sight of the spa

So, outside wall of the gazebo would not work (out of sight), but on the garage outer wall facing the spa 10' away would work you think?

Yes, it has to be within sight of the spa. I don't believe there is a maximum distance it can be, I could be wrong. Guess it depends on how good someone's vision is :bounce:

it must be within sight of the tub so no. and Terry already said that...

I get the within sight rule, thats why I was asking if the garage outer wall (facing gazebo) was ok if you can see it through the gazebo windows or door.
If thats no, then what would you recommend?

What would you recommend in my situation? Gazebo is too small to put the disconnect inside and be further than 5' from the tub.

Stand at the hot tub and pick somewhere you can see from there.

My folks have theirs on a post next to a fence outside of their enclosed gazebo.
