Spacing suggestions

First off, awesome forum with so much information! I've read for so long, I've finally joined.

I am in the process of finishing up permits for a new house build. While I'm building the house I'm also pulling permit to do a 30wX40lx16 pole barn. Unfortunately I may possibly be able to squeeze 45ft but I'm at my limit for spacing with the nearby well and septic on the lot. I was hoping you advanced garagers could possibly give me some ideas on my layout that maybe I haven't thought of.

The current plan is 2-14hx12w overhead doors. I have an 80's camaro(16ft) that currently runs and drives but will be seeing more work and motor swap after I have the garage. I also have a 2004 F150 Crewcab (19ft). The plan was to squeeze both vehicles in 1 bay and put in a 2 post lift w/ the camaro being the least used and in the back. I was going to use the other bay as my dirtbike and general work area with the workbench and things of that nature. I was originally going to place a small gym area towards the back of that bay, but the plan is to build an attic with 8ft ceilings, so I may construct the gym to give myself the space back. Obviously I'll lose a couple feet in the rear for attic stairs.

Unfortunately due spacing and lot slope I wouldn't be able to do a full drive through bay on the car side to just roll a car out back. My thought was to possibly move my dirtbike work area towards the back of the one bay so that my F150 could possibly fit in the front of the bay, so that if my camaro is on the lift or long term out of easy movable condition, I could still get it in the garage without parking it under the car on the lift. In reality the camaro would be the vehicle that would be inoperable, my truck and other vehicles would more than likely just use the lift for routine maitenance tasks. But if the camaro isn't self powerered and I need to move it out of the way to get another vehicle in the lift, that could be come a problem.

Hoping for some layout suggestions, maybe putting the lift in the other bay? As long as I can get the dirtbikes and atvs in and out of the doors, I'm good. Just not sure how deep in the 40ft bay the lift would have to go to clear the doors. I threw in a crappy mock up of some ideas. Sorry about the novel, appreciate any advice!

If you can't drive through, you may have a lot that is conducive to driving under. How about building a full basement under the main shop?
