Same spammer signing up with multiple accounts to spam faster. Seen it on many forums.

Even when CAPTCHA is enabled along with e-mail confirmation and Admin approval. This is a cat and mouse game when speaking about Spammers.
The only method in one of the forums we have found to reduce / hinder Spammers is sending out a delay confirmation e-mail where the link must be selected and a separate challenge code must be entered.
This proves tedious for some but it pretty much stops 99% of the Spam in the forums. When I say Spam I am referring to automated systems not a person who has a personal intent in Spamming the site.
Keep in mind some of the sites I moderate are private forums so the only way you get in is if you're invited by a long time member with minimum rights to do so. We also close out and restrict invites for a period of time to avoid the *Cyber Rush Hour* that seems to come and go once a year.

Good for you. Some times it may take time to catch them. If you find they have more than one post just state that in the report as that makes life easier to find and ban them.
