Spamming resolution ideas.

So, is the captcha (compromised) not working or are these actually people posting these items?

1. If it is bots that have beat the captcha, time to change to another type.

2. If it is people, is it time to have new users checked by an actual admin prior to being able to post? Or, how about a minimum number of replies before post can be made by new users?
