What a coincidence.
I was struggling with a stuck silicone boot on a sparkplug.
The boot seems to have formed a near permanent connection. Add to this, the plug in just under an Eaton M90 supercharger on a Ford Flathead.
I bought a three piece set of "ring pliers" on Amazon. I hope this will remove the more difficult remaining boot.

I don't know if you want to or not but get a new plug and wires. Even if you need only 1 wire keep the extras to cut and shorten if this happens again. Sometimes that is the best bet instead of fighting it for hours just to end up breaking it.
