What better way to introduce myself than throw up some photos of my recently finished garage build. I live in a small community in WI named after a rather large company. At one time the company owned the homes and as such the village was planned per their request. This means a lot of the homes have shared driveways/ garages. This may turn some people off, but it's the price you have to pay to live in a pretty nice community.
After delaying a year due to variance requests and planning approvals we finally broke ground in July of this year.
Before
As you can is it was a rather small 10' wide by 20' deep single car, in fact you couldn't open both doors all the way at the same time!
So lets get that out of the way...
Time to start clearing the way.
Rear footing.
Pad curing.
