When I bought my first house in 2007, I was looking for something with a 2 car garage... and I ended up with a townhouse. Its only 18x18 with 10 foot ceilings, but its my man cave, and is really the only full room in the house! This is its story!
I bought the place with a bare, semi finished garage.
I decided that after having to clean up spills on concrete before, that I was going to epoxy this place.
I then filled it with my race car, and shelving, and a beer fridge
I was able to fit just about everything in there I needed until I bought this
The tire rack was built shortly there after to store the MASSIVE rubber my lady required
After a winter of her on jack stands, with no heat, and very little light, I said never EVER again. I then bought a heater for the place, and boy did that make a difference! Since she is a big girl I needed more storage, and while I was doing that home depot had a sale on 4ft florecent light, so I bough 6. 36,000 Lumens later I can now operate an OR out of my garage.
Now I also own a drz400SM, and was loaned a Buell for the winter as well. They are both nestled next to the beer fridge, with enough space to get past the car. I think its amazing what you can fit into a garage!
