Can't delete my post but I did find what I needed. For others searching for this look to AIR VENT 58030.

I am renovating a house and I went to all decora outlets. The only thing left is this rotary whole house fan control. It is a 120V 8A rotary switch (FSS-2 by nutone). I am looking to source a decora style switch that can do this with the higher current draw of this motor for the fan. I looked at lutron and leviton but didn't find much. Does anyone have a suggestion or perhaps another way of doing this but retaining both speeds as well as a decora look?
I've attached exactly what I am looking for but this looks to be a momentary switch.

Thanks much,

Dave

What you show in the pic is exactly what I have on my whole house fan.

Are you having trouble finding one, or do you need a higher rating than what you are finding? What's on the motor label?

I need high/low and off. I don't want it working in conjunction w/a master on/off switch or timer. With that said I did find what I needed and updated m post to reflect the PN of what I found. Can you tell me how often and for what purpose you use this fan for? This is my first time having one of these.
