Spearpoint Wrench??????

Will post a pic later but for now: A friend of mine presented me with an open end wrench today with some unusual markings.On one side it is marked,"SPEARPOINT" and one end is 7/16W which I assume is Whitworth and the other marked 3/8W with a small(B7)unsder the 7/16. The opposite side is marked,"MADE IN ENGLAND" and is marked 7/16BSF and 1/2BSF respectively.Not sure of the age but it looks reasonably old and USA size appears to be 3/4 and 7/8. Anyone have any info on this company(I haven't had a chance to research it yet).

I was going to start a thread, but I found this one.

I was going through some old wrenches and I ran across a Spearpoint open end wrench, one end is 9/16" and the other is 5/8". Underneath the sizes is "AF". The wrench is also MADE IN ENGLAND. Any clue as to the markings as to what they stand for? Both sides of my wrench are marked the same.
