Hello! New here and praying one of you can help me locate info on a very much needed screwdrive i saw in a video. It's a flat head standard looking screwdrive but looks to have a solid shank that comes out of the top of the handle with a hex bolt top so you can drop on a box wrench and use it as a cheater. I sure hope someone knows about this because I bet we all need this thing. I sure do. Thank you so much for any help!

Hex below the handle is more common and available from virtually every manufacturer. Solid through the handle is more useful for hammering on frozen fasteners.

Williams has this on some drivers, as does Wiha. Both of those are below the grip.

How do you like those Milwaukee Cushion Grips? I just bought a set because I liked the look and feel of them, but haven't had a chance to use them yet. The recent Project Farm video on screwdrivers turned me on to them.

I really love them! great set of drivers with hardened tips and soft grips, you can use a wrench on the hex for extra torque. Way better quality then my old Craftsman drivers (y)

Good to hear. I too wanted to upgrade my old Craftsman acetates that I have clung to my whole life. I've always loved the ability to spin off fasteners with my fingertips like the Craftsman design allows me to do. That's why I don't care for say the Wera or "tri-lobe" design handles. Can definitely see where those designs could have a useful purpose in certain situations, but I seldom encounter that. Typically I've found that if I need that much torque, the tip is going to bend or the fastener is going to hog out before I lose my grip. I had thought about Klines, but I love the look of the Milwaukee's so much better. Wish they weren't made in China, but I suppose time will tell if they hold up as well as I expect they should.
