I've been half heartedly looking for a ratcheting screwdriver for a while when I stumbled upon https://spectools.com/ and their lineup of geared and gearless drivers, including the Overdriver which I guess uses a planetary box to increase speed while driving.

I snooped around their website and some of it seems a little gimicky and I am sure they are all imports. But have any of you seen this stuff in person? or know anything about the brand? The price is right where id like it to be and I've been happy with my gearless ratchets in the past but Im not sold enough to pull the trigger yet.

I also noticed that none of the drivers shows a reverse selector so I dropped them an email, I'll report back when I hear something.

I have owned their skewdriver for years and will say it is a life saver for under dash use. Good quality, hard handle that provides a fair amount of torque for its size, and the head angle seems to be just right where you need it. I'd recommend one to anyone.

I have the Mac version, I love it, it is my only ratcheting screwdriver. I'm actually on my second one now, first one lasted 5 years, this one will last much longer thanks to much smaller Li Makita 10.2 screwdriver and impact taking over most screwdriving.
I recently got the same overdriving screwdriver at Walmart sold by Stanley for $20, more than half of what the Mac cost. http://www.walmart.com/ip/STANLEY-FMHT69236-Multi-Bit-Screwdriver/44018569
they do come with a reversible action, they are not sold without it. I had a snap on ratcheting screwdriver and sold it when I bought the Mac because it's better.
the overdrive only works after the screw is free to turn, you still must use regular ratcheting action until then, 25 inch pounds or so, torque above that stalls the action.
the overdrive is best for starting screws with one hand like when you're trying to get it started into a nut that you're holding with in wrench.
the reverse control knob is the ring just below the handle.
I've also seen the same overdrive type driver at Lowes, only they claim a 6:1 ratio instead the the spec tools type 4:1

I have two SpecTools ratcheting drivers. They seem to be good quality however I must admit I use my Snap-on ratcheting screwdrivers more. One thing I do not like about the SpecTools drivers is you cannot lock the shaft. You have left (counter clockwise) and right (clockwise) but there is no position in the middle to lock the shaft.

I bought the Skewdriver Pro kit a few years back and like logikal said it is a real handy tool for tight places.
I got mine on sale on Amazon for around $13 shipped.
Mine also has the angle handle.....
