Thought this was of interest,
Looks to be some type of aftermarket Reeves drive set up, for a drill press.

Similar kits are available from a current vendor. I believe he also makes pipe benders, I just can't remember his name. One drawback is you would need to cut a slot in your belt guard to accommodate the off-set pulley on most do's with the full cover guards.

The companies' name is Rogue Fab out of Oregon. Their site, roguefab.com isn't loading for me.

I just bought it for my 1948 Atlas No.74 DP.

It will replace a speed reducer pulley assembly that I machined & assembled for it. I'll post pictures when I receive it.

Just got it in. It's better than I thought it would be. Even my wife's impressed.
I can't wait to swap out my DP hi-lo pulley for the Speed Selector.

Thanks bubinga for bring this to my attention.

All,
I just installed the speed selector on my DP. Please see pictures below:

1st & 2nd pictures; This is a reducer pulley set up that I built (from scratch) and had in use.

3rd picture; New speed selector installed.

4th & 5th pictures; High & low RPMs within the pulley range that I chose. There was no belt slippage when drilling a 5/16" hole into a 1/4 thick piece of steel.

5th picture; Unfortunately, I will have to mill a slot in the overhead guard so the belt won't come in contact with it. I hate to do this because the guard is an original piece. However, I plan to keep this DP forever. I believe that I can cut the slot so it looks good.

The Speed Selector works flawlessly. I will need to install a shaft collar on the DP post below the unit so it won't want to drift down. I will also need to get some new belts.

I'll try to post a video before doing a complete restoration on this DP.

So what do you do, Loosen the rod/clamp assby., turn it, or release it (turn it either way)
then re-tighten the clamp when you have it where you want it?
Looks good, glad it worked out.
I need to get off my **** (more, I have been getting busy pretty well for me)
and machine the piece for mt craftsman 150.
I do have a Tread mill motor on it, but Im sort of goofing around,
Thought the TM motor running at higher RPM would equal more HP with the Center Pulley speed reduction.

Franklee,
I assume that the Speed Selector handle can be installed on the other side. However, it looked to me that there may be interference from the quill handle.

Cruzan,
If you're interested in purchasing it, please PM me. I would be glad to show all of the details on how I built it and how it mounted to my DP.

Bubinga,
You got hoe the Speed Selector works. Hope you show about your C-Man DP. I've had about half a dozen of those (the 100s). Very cool looking and reliable.
