Hello all. I have a Speedaire 4ZK99 "piggyback" style regulator. It's only a little over a year old. I have filters and dryers before and after the regulator. It started making a noise like a horn, bleeding air out of the hole on the side, and wouldn't regulate, the pressure would just climb. So, I replaced the diaphragm in the top and it worked for a few minutes then started doing the same thing again. So I took off the bowl and removed the hard white filter and unscrewed this white plastic piece to find there's a little valve up inside with a small rubber washer that's made onto the valve and the rubber was torn on one side. So I ordered this part (114X53) and once again it worked for a few minutes and back to the same thing again. I don't see anything left to change, is anybody familiar with this issue? If I have to replace the whole thing can someone recommend a better brand? Thanks.
