I always thought Speedaire never actually manufactured anything themselves, it was always rebranded stuff... Like Craftsman...

Speedaire is a brand name of Grainger. Many companies have made private label products for Grainger and put the Speedaire name on them. Arrow Pneumatics made air preparation products for Grainger such as air dryers, FRLs, electric drains, etc.

Arrow Pneumatics started out as Arrow Tool Company in Chicago. They primarily made chisels for jackhammers. They expanded into Arrow Pneumatics making refrigerated air dryers and Arrow Sintered Products making sintered bronze filters and related items. It's been through a few changes over the years, but according to their webiste both divisons are in Broadview, IL making filters, regulators, lubricators, desiccant products, and sintered bronze products.
