I am having some trouble following you, but it sounds a bit like the pressure switch might be plumbed in before the check valve. A picture would be very helpful.

A picture of the pressure switch for sure. Did you buy a 30psi differential 145-175?

They come in all ranges, you could have bought one set for 150psi.

yes start and shut off again…i check the pressure switch power i think its the contactor cuz when its between the 140 and 175 the switch its sending the power to closed the coil in the contactor and its on for 3 sec and off ….could be ?….how can i make sure its the contactor
When it turns off do you have to hit the blue reset button to start it again?

If you need to hit the blue reset button to make it restart, it is likely a problem with the electric motor/wiring making it draw too many amps, or the contactors trip needs to be set higher.

What voltage do you have it wired for, 230v or 460v?

I think you need to go back to basics and all the way back to the panel or nearest shut off. I am not that familiar with 3 Phase Delta but there are others here that will tell you what you should read. For some reason the 280v you got on one test did not sound right to me but I could very well be wrong there.

How are the overloads programmed? The blue switches set up the amp set point and the other I can’t tell. But I guess it’s a timing aspect when to trip. Get the instructions for the contactor/overload unit. Start there.

Except for the voltage, that sounds like you have service from a corner grounded delta transformer. Could you confirm for us what your service is, and how you get 120V/1PH (if at all)? And, are you sure you are seeing 280V across all three line to line pairs? You may have a transformer issue (yours or the PoCos) leading to over-voltage.

Line to line voltage readings as well as line to ground will help a lot. 280 is really strange, I'd expect 208 in some buildings, or in my case it would be 218ish on the high leg and 120something on the others.
