Your best bet is to take a sample to either an automotive paint supplier or a Sherwin Williams store and have them color match in synthetic enamel.

I used duplicolor detroit diesel alpine green for my craftsman- made by speedaire. I wanted something close, and rustoleum no longer makes hammered verde green spray paint

Of course, their Find A Store only lists those who carry Rustoleum, not that color.

looks like a custom filter? I did something similar
I bought this one for 45$ because the filter screen sucked through the butterfly valves. I rebuilt the head and honed the cylinders, made a custom intake and used cheap filter intakes from amazon with some holes drilled in them for airflow. Works like new but still needs an unloader switch to make it perfect.
ETA is 30 gallons

I was going to paint the whole compressor so it wouldn't matter as long as it was close, but not for $22!

I have satin black on the shelf.
I would just buff it out and paint over the rust, Make it like a cow with spots. Don't waste the paint and run it till it dies.

The lighter green and lighter blue have been nearly impossible to get for a couple years now in the hammered paints. I was barely able to score 3 cans of the light blue when I restored my Walker 782 floor jack. Not really correct color but It was what I wanted.

I recently sprayed my tank with Rustoleum Spruce Green, to kinda match a replacement pump, that is speedaire, but Im pretty sure the pump is a Champion, so Im not sure whose green it actually is. Its not even a close match, but casually from across the shop, it looks decent.

About a year ago, I needed a can of that hammered green, I found out it was discontiuned, but I managed to find a can, it paid about $24. Its a really good match for RCBS reloading presses.

Champion made many of the Speedaire units. Champion factory paint is made by:

Riley Paint Co. in Burlington, Iowa 319-753-1667 / 800-635-2663

Paint is Riley Paint's LP3386 Champion Green paint.

It comes in quarts and gallons. If Speedaire green is different from Champion green (I doubt it) Riley may make the Speedaire paint too. Call them up. They don't bite. They are old school, no online ordering, no web site ...
