I am looking into buying this speeder handle, but I am unsure of the maker...

Seller only find "C-40 MADE IN U.S.A"

Can someone help me?

Sure. I think the marking to the right of the Made in USA is a small NB indicating that it was made by New Britain.

I have the same speeder. It's a New Britain for sure. d42jeep has already told you why. That is the maker's mark of New Britain tools.

Late 30s - early 40s. The round NB logo was in use around that time.

Does that style of the NB mean it was the None Better line from new britain? Or just New Britain in general?
