Hey all looking to upgrade to a bigger box currently working out of a Snapon krsc46 which is awsome and is being promoted to my new job box (im working at a scrap yard) so I need something for my home shop to keep all my tools in one place I do heavy equipment and dump truck repairs here so I have alot of heavy tools.

I'm looking at this international box
https://m.costco.ca/SPG-Internation...avy-Duty-Tool-Cabinets.product.100072416.html

I found two reviews here of the larger model. I'm in Canada so no harbourfreight boxes for me I their anything else I can source in Canada apx 2000$ range with taxes and shipping? Used boxes may be a option but every thing I see on kijiji is 3500$ and up for snap on I can do a krl1022 for aprx 4600$ from my snap on guy or lista is another option if I could find a Canadian retailer that is still over my budget this international box seems to have the quality I'm looking for but not the price. What do fellow gj members reccomend to a Canadian

Thanks for the response in glad the value series is holding up good for you I still more confidence in their heavier lines
It's definitely no snap on box...but even mine is a step above the typical mastercraft/craftsman/husky boxes you get in the stores here so I imagine their heavier series are even better. I have been to a HF and seen their 44" box in person, it's build quality compared to my box was relatively similar with a slight edge to the International.

For the price compared to other options out there, I think you'll be quite happy with it.

That International SHD box looks like a good solid box and I don't think you can go wrong at that price. My local parts store has a TCA 56" box on display that also is a solid box. Trouble is, it is a imported box by a BC company. Not worth considering if you are in Ontario

I am thinking about getting a 18 x 42 International Pro Series in the new year

Im using an spg international 56 top and bottom, really decent box. Had mine for 4 maybey 5 years and no issues. My only complaint is i have a matching side locker..its a little thin, does the job and works well, but i thought it could be a steel gauge thicker.
