SPGX no prep?

Does anyone have experience/long term results from applying SPGX without acid etching or grinding? From what I have seen in other posts, SPGX appears to be the only polyurea that can be applied without prep.

I am planning on power washing my new power troweled slab, but the steel building is already up so that eliminates the acid etching approach (due to many other posts mentioning future damage from fumes alone).
I understand that grinding is the best way to go, but since I'm applying this in an area that will only be used as a showroom and not a working garage, I'm curious about the long term results of applying SPGX without any prep other than a good power wash.

Does anyone have any other prep free (acid or grind) floor coating recommendations for an area that will not be used as a working garage. It will be more of a parking garage with foot traffic and cars in and out (hot tire resistant). I'm hoping for a product that will last without flaking.

Thanks for your time!

I won't speak to another person product, but speaking for Polyureas of similar solids, I would say of our product, putting it over a power troweled floor without prep it will fail. Just a question of when.

I would not do it over standard concrete, but even Rust Bullet did not stick well to unprepped power troweled material

While we have had many people install our SPGX one part Polyurea with just power washing it is not recommended, especially on a smooth floor. The better the prep, the better the adhesion.
