All, can SPGX one part polyurea be used as a topcoat to Rustoleum rock-solid polycuramine? Has anyone done that? During the recoat window, of course. Or does the topcoat have to be rock-solid too?

Rust-Oleum states that polycuramine is only compatible with itself for a chemical bond. You will need to apply RockSolid clear. However, you can apply SPGX to RockSolid by roughing up the surface with 120-grit sandpaper 48 hours after RockSolid is applied. Sweep/vac and then wipe the surface with denatured alcohol applied liberally to a microfiber mop pad. The SPGX will achieve a good mechanical bond this way.
Your best bet is to use SPGX color and clear coats for the entire coating system and don't use RockSolid. SPGX is far more durable, it's UV stable, goes on thicker, and is easier to apply. You can purchase SPGX kits here.
Shea is 100% correct. It's never ever a good idea to mix and match different manufacturer's coatings since there can be compatibilty issues plus you then don't have a warranty if using mixed company's materials. SPGX can be used as a basecoat (clear or tinted) or as a topcoat. We sell tens of thousands of gallons if it a year with virtually zero issues or negative feedback.
