I'm about to close on a house. The house was owned by an elder woman and the garage has a nice, very clean floor that doesn't appear to have ever been used for more than parking a car and golf cart in. There are no oil stains whatsoever, and really no dirt.

I'm very close to purchasing the SPGX from ArmourPoxy, but there is honestly not a lot of information I can find on it, at least compared to all overwhelming amount of information available on seemingly all other products out there.

I plan on doing normal vehicle maintenance in my garage as I typically do all my own work on my vehicles, along with some home/farm level welding and other typical garage/hobby type work.

Just putting this out there to see if anyone who has put it down and had it for a long time wants to share their thoughts on prep work, application, and long term durability. Thanks in advance for any help

I'm surprised no one on this forum has any input on Armourpoxy's SPGX. Maybe this is the wrong place to ask?

Hi
There are a number of positive SPGX reviews on the Forum which can be found by searching on that term. SPGX is an excellent, super highly resistant product. We use it in large commercial installations with great results. It's an excellent bang-for-the-buck, with little if any prep required for a standard floor. If smooth/power troweled, we recommend etching or grinding for good adhesion.
Thank you!
