New home w 30x30 garage. Garage was poured 6 mo ago. Pex heat system with foam board and plastic. Now power washed and prepped floor. 3 days ago applied one pouch. Later noticed lines and circles form around some of the decorative chips. Ran dehumidifier and humidity us at 45% also turned heat system on thinking it was a moisture problem. Tried second pouch tonight. Sadly getting same result. Only 25% done now and stopped. Don't know where to go from here.
