I am looking for a replacement spindle pulley with splines that will fit the shaft rod. Attach to this is pictures is the shaft and the spindle pulley with worn out splines. Looking to purchase a replacement or in worst case scenario a way to fix it.

Well first of all, welcome to the GJ.

We do like pitchers and hence they are posted, BUT we need more info, what machine does this belong to? :dunno:

Is that for a delta drill press?
If so look for pully on eBay under the model number followed by the word pully or find the part number of the pully and look for that

The Drill Press is a craftsman 150, model number 103.24510. The part number for this pulley is 27415. Here is a directly link to the Operating Instructions and parts list for Craftsman Drill Press http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/222/2785.pdf
I am trying to find a replacement or if someone knows how to repair it that would be good too.

The real question is how much you want to spend to repair it? If you could find a plain spline hub or coupling that matched the spline shaft, a bit of machining might get a replacement insert that could be brazed in place. This assumes the hollow shaft where the old spline was is steel and not aluminum. The old hollow shaft would need to be accurately bored and the splined hub/coupling machined for a close fit and then brazed or welded. If you don't have a lathe, find a friend who does and likes to tinker.
