Can someone give me a date of when these may have been manufactured. I found one here at pawn shop and just curious .

You might want to elaborate on what a Spintite 3118 is.

After a quick search on eBay, it looks to be a 1/4" nutdriver made by Walden. Maybe a picture would be helpful.
