Fedwrench, Please compare, critique, evaluate the K-D 85998 branded 9pc SAE set where each size has a fixed box on one end of tool and racheting wrench on the other.

The S-K 89250 uses the spline drive, where as I'm thinking the K-D uses a more conventional 12 pt..........am I correct or ???

Not being a line professional mechanic, flat rater I dont know how well the straight long beam wrench would be, versus the dual flex heads.........

Yes, I have used them for over a year and they are excellent. I did a short review in the thread listed below. Pics of my SAE and Metric sets can be found on page 2 of this thread. Let me know if you have any questions on them.

I have the sk flex head and a set from ez-red that is sk with ez-red stamp. My tool guy said sk could not pay for them so ez-red took them and stamped them.
They are my favorite wrenches to use. I have 2 sets for when one breaks so I do not have to wait for a replacement. I only broke one 14mm though. And use them at work daily.

I have both the matco and sk versions. I like the SK better as they have an offset on one side that is really nice sometimes. I have used mine for doing suspension and alignment work and never had a problem with the SK. I have hung from the end of the wrench. I just recently got the matco because I needed an 11mm and SK doesn't make one.
