Split AC unit comparisons

I am about to embark on an AC unit for a new metal building garage, 30x40x12 insulated in central texas, north facing roll door.

is there a place to compare the different manufacturers/packagers of these split systems? I would do the 24,000btu model (seems a slight price difference).
I have an 18k window unit in my current 3 car (30x20) garage.

I see units from no name companies with Panasonic and other Japanese company compressors..

where is the price/performance/repairability comparison table?
