Spoke shave id required.

I brought these 2 spoke shaves at the local Re-Store yesterday for $1.50 each but have no idea how or what the little one does or works. Both marked "SNELL & ATHERTON.

Snell and Atherton was a maker of leather boot shaves. The small oddly shaped one is a heel shave, I have one like the first pic, and it has tuned up onto an ok wood shave.
