Have we already done this?

If not, I'll start off with the Ovary Snatcher...

Precision micro-adjustment tool.

Or less comically, and more commonly called a "persuader".

At the risk of annoying the PC police, I remind those reading that I didn't come up with this spoof name, I've heard it many times in the past 20 years:

Mexican backhoe

My rubber mallet goes by the name Madame Zaza the rubber persuader. That big hammer over here is also known as a "Manchester spanner"

Adjustable metric nut f$%kers, also available in imperial sizes.
I call these a "Fits-all" as does another mechanic I work with.
Always call a torch a hot wrench, and yes been calling pipe wrenches Stillson wrenches since I was a kid since that's what the ol'man called em.

2-4lb sledge is a 'course adjustment tool' with a smaller hammer being a 'fine adjustment tool'
