This pricing does not make sense to me...420 should be cheaper than 430! (a search on Harry Epstein shows a 45 cent difference, both way cheaper than Lowe's btw)

I saw that as well. I'm a frequent traveler to the local Lowes, and that really had me puzzled. There certainly isn't a good reason for it :/

Kind of unrelated... I noticed Northern Tool had all the comfort grip Channellock pliers on clearance, but not the regular grip ones. Channellock ditching the comfort grip models?

Kinda like how Sears had their 1/4 flex drive ratchet priced $20 higher than their 3/8 flex ratchet. Makes no sense at all

Couldn't find comfort grips on their site.

Nope. Just been checking out a lot of their stuff lately. Wanting to put together a separate tool cart just for certain tasks and can't afford to fill it with Snap-on at this time. I've been looking for a decent price conscious alternative and found some items at Northern Tool that fills the bill. They have lots of tools that aren't worth spending 2 cents on. Their ratchets look pretty sucky. So do their Northern branded pliers. They have a lot of things that are just as crappy as some of the stuff at HF. Some of it identical stuff with a different brand name.

I didn't see it on the site. Just noticed it on the rack when I was in there a few days ago. Just found it odd all the comfort grip models were on clearance and the regular grip models were not.
