I found mine on c/l about 10 miles from home. One of the best tools I own. The first time you punch a 1" hole in 1/2" plate or angle you'll be "giddy".
I'd check it out for sure. 👍

That's an old flywheel ironworker. I was in a shop a couple years ago where a guy was using one. They are big, heavy, noisy and not nearly as good as hydraulic. I have a little 40 ton Scotchman and it's a nice tool.
